This series of works is inspired by food as a memory maker. It might be a special birthday gathering, a night in alone or a friend just popping over, but the memories stem from the sharing of food. I also have a thing for miniatures and anything tiny, so these were a joy to make.
The elements of this artwork have been meticulously cut from white paper, painted it with matte acrylics for rich colour, and layered to create a unique, vibrant work that play with depth and shadow.
