Returns & Refunds Policy

I take great care in creating and packaging every order. Please read the following policy before making a purchase.

Original Artwork

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales of original artwork are final. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

Prints, Products & Merchandise

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@studioflos.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or fault

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, I will offer either a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Change of Mind

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you no longer want the item.
